Iceland offers reimbursement of up to 35% of the costs incurred during the production of qualifying films and television programs in Iceland.

35% REBATE INCENTIVE IN ICELAND
Productions for feature films, TV shows, and documentaries can raise their rebate to 35% if the production in Iceland fulfills these three requirements:

Production costs incurred in producing the motion picture or television material in this country must be a minimum of ISK 350 million.
The project in question must have a minimum of 30 working days in Iceland, either consisting of actual film production (shooting) days or defined post-production working days. Of the 30 working days, a minimum of 10 shooting days in Iceland is always required.
The number of staff working directly on the project shall be 50 at a minimum and this work shall amount to 50 working days. It is a requirement that both salary and payments to employees and contractors shall be taxed in Iceland.

Over an established career in the film industry Kitty has a deep understanding of Production Service in Iceland.

Her experience covers film, tv, documentary, current affairs, commercial and fashion within both Producer and First Assistant Director roles enabling her to understand all aspects required for a successful project.

Clients include Disney and Netflix, for whom she is an approved local contact, Riot, Sony, Nike, Mercedes, Hallmark, Exposure Labs, Nat Geo, ITV America to name a few.

Ludvik started his career in the music industry at the age of 17, his music has reached gold and platinum in sales and received numerous awards.

Ludvik began working in film and television in 2005 as an editor, director and a producer. In 2017 Ludvik started his own production company, ORCA Films.

Ludvik has produced and directed 20+ tv-series, over 120 episodes.

Andri initiated his career in both the film and event sectors around 2013.

His journey encompasses meticulous project management, prolific producing, and intricate programming. After an enriching tenure spanning these diverse roles, Andri made a strategic decision to pivot his focus entirely towards production.

Joining the ranks as the seventh sibling to establish and steer their own distinguished production company.
